The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation"), the Personal Data Processing Act and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended.

  1. Concepts

Data subjectThe natural person (consumer and self-employed) to whom the personal data relates (hereinafter also "You" or "customer");

Personal information: Any information about an identified or identifiable customer; an identifiable customer is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, network identifier or to one or more specific elements of that natural person's physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity (hereinafter also "Data" or "Information");

AdministratorA: The entity which determines the purpose and means of the processing of personal data, carries out the processing and is responsible for that processing. The controller of the personal data is Print Kvalitne, s.r.o. (hereinafter also "my");

Processor: An entity which, on the basis of the law or on behalf of the controller, processes personal data for the controller on the basis of a contract for the processing of personal data (hereinafter also referred to as "business partner" or "Partner");

Purpose of processing personal data: The reason why personal data is processed. This reason may be, for example, to perform a contract, manage user accounts, handle complaints and complaints, send commercial communications (newsletters) or display advertisements based on customer interests;

  • What is the origin of the personal data?

  • for the duration of our legitimate interest in sending commercial communications (2 years from the last time the commercial communication was opened);
  • for the duration of your consent (for a maximum of 4 years from the date of consent or 4 years from the last order).

Personal data is processed manually and automatically. We keep proper records of all processing activities in accordance with the relevant legislation.

You are not the subject of any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would have legal effects on you or which would affect you in a similarly significant way. We do not create profiles from your personal data for the purpose of analysing or predicting your preferences, interests, economic situation, reliability, where you are located or your movements (a typical example of profiling is monitoring the behaviour of website visitors in order to track their preferences so that a trader can approach them in the future with a tailored offer).

  1. How are cookies processed?

The cookies processed can be divided according to their validity into:

  • temporary cookies (so-called. session cookies), which remain stored in your browser only until you close your browser,
  • persistent cookies (so-called. persistent cookies), which remain stored in your browser for a long time until their lifetime expires or until you manually delete them (the period of time cookies are stored in your browser depends on the setting of the cookie itself and your browser settings).

And according to the features on:

  • essential, that are necessary for the functionality of our website,
  • Preferential, which allow our website to remember information that changes how the website behaves or looks (such as your preferred language or the region you are in), these cookies are not strictly necessary for the functioning of our website but they do enhance the functionality and usability of the website,

We do not use third-party cookies that track multiple websites to provide you with personalized content and advertising on third-party websites and other sales channels.

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 16. We therefore do not intentionally collect their personal data. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information about children under the age of 16, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible, except where we are required by applicable law to retain it.
