Calendars are an integral part of every person, household and society. Their function is not only informative, but also advertising and promotional. With calendars we plan our schedule and make plans for the future. Typical for companies are mainly desk calendars, in A4, A5 or DL format with wire calendar binding. Hanging calendars in A2, A3, A4 or A5 formats are more typical for homes or company meeting rooms or reception areas, where they have an informative and promotional function thanks to their pictures. These calendars use a wire calendar binding with a hook for hanging or a sewn binding with a hole for hanging. Paper weights range from 135 g/m2, 150 g/m2, 170 g/m2 to 300 g/m2 coated paper. This weight usually depends on the number of sheets. The most common are monthly calendars with 12 or 13 sheets, or weekly calendars with 53 to 55 sheets or fortnightly calendars with 27 to 29 sheets.
